NeoTrend and associated investment companies provide funding for SPV entities to purchase the development land, and cover rezoning and pre-development costs to limit the risk by providing land ready for development. By producing qualify, well designed and sustainable developments. The land is presented as surety in the development together with equity required to enable suitable loan finance.



The development SPV entities are structured to allow investors and partners to participate in the development by taking up shares in SPV company as well as other flexible investment options.

Investment opportunities (Land Purchase, Equity and Loan, Purchase of Units) and related criteria are defined in NeoTrend's Investment Guidelines, made available upon confirmation of interest. 






Investment in development Land Purchase (SPV) and become a Shareholder in new developments.


Participate in Shareholders decisions

- Invest in land at base cost value, and benefit in the value add created by rezoning and servicing the property

- Provide the required equity to share in development construction profit (Land and top structure), or select to convert capital investment to completed units at base value


Voting rights based on shareholding

- Purchase option to convert capital investment to units at base value



Structure VAT and tax benefits as Shareholder (limited opportunity, only in new developments.)

Invest in zoned and serviced development land, and become a Shareholder by providing Equity and Loan Investment Capital required for the top-structure development.


Receive monthly development reports

- Share in development profit return, or select to convert capital investment to completed units at base value.


NeoTrend operates on an open book policy on development activities when reporting to the SPV shareholders, with regular shareholders meetings and reports. Participate in Tax Structure benefits as an Shareholder.


Profit share to actual

- Acquire units at base sales prices


Transfers to sale agreement

Invest - by purchasing a minimum of 5 units at discounted prices before the development is launched onto the open market.

Receive progress reports

- Bond financing available on approval

- Participate in the 13sex tax benefit structure

- Real Estate management available within    Neotrend Group for rental units


Adhere to sale agreement

- Early purchase benefit of price at launch offer (Early purchase, early price)



- Investment benefit of resale profit or return on rental.
